Online Forms

GPC Clients can now use our online forms for reporting, updating profiles, and requesting information.  Please select from one of the following forms: 

CLIENT FORM

By filling out our Client Form, you will be added to our database.  This means that you will be added to our mailing list, and will be considered a GPC client.  Upon completion of the form, you will be contacted for further counseling on government marketing.
 
If you are a current GPC client, you may also use this form to update information such as your mailing address, new products offered, etc.

Our manufacturing clients may now request specifications or procurement histories online.  If you have an immediate need for specifications or histories, please contact Carly Smith at (318) 677-2530.

REPORT AWARDS

In order to continue our program funding, the GPC must report to the Defense Logistics Agency a total dollar amount of contracts awarded to our clients each year.  These reports are confidential and are reported to the DLA in total, not as amounts awarded to individual businesses.
 
Clients may use our online award report form or complete the Client Response Form which is mailed bi-monthly.
